Developmental Soccer Leagues
The Developmental Soccer League (DSL) is an exciting, fun and energetic program for players U5 to U12 years old! Teams will be formed based on similar schools, neighborhoods and friends. This unique developmental program will provide players with a solid knowledge and love for the game of soccer. Rush aims to foster a safe, fun, educational experience for your child as well as a solid foundation for a lifetime game. Come join the Rush family!
U5-U8 teams play 4 versus 4, with no goalkeepers. Fewer players on the field allows for more touches on the ball and more mental and physical involvement in the game.
U9-U10 teams play 7 versus 7, including a goalkeeper
U11-U12 teams play 9 versus 9, including a goalkeeper.
Teams are coached by parent volunteer coaches.
Practice is held once a week for 45-60 minutes at either the National Training Center (Clermont FL) or West Orange Park (Winter Garden FL)
Rush Coaches on site during Friday night practices for guidance.
All Saturday games are played at same practice location.
Teams play 8 games throughout the 8-9 week season

Every team is required to provide a volunteer coach to coach the team for the season. This person is almost always a parent of a player on the team. The coach will be provided with coaching resources and equipment is provided during practice. Our professional Rush Staff will help support each coach through mentorship and our Coaching Resources, so even if you are new to the game, you will have an enjoyable season.
